Porchetta Roast Pre Order

Porchetta Roasts, available in 5 lb, 8 lb, and 10 lb sizes. Each roast is made from Utah pasture raised pork and seasoned with a simple blend of fresh herbs, spices, black pepper, and rosemary.
This roast is perfect for gatherings. The 5-pound size feeds around 8 people, while the 8-pound serves about 12–14, and the 10-pound is great for larger groups of 16–18 guests.
$20-$17 per pound.
Each roast will come with our own cooking instructions for at home ease. 
These are PRE ORDERS, we will begin deliverying 12/20.
All Porchetta Roasts will be shipped fresh, never frozen.
