Boudin Blanc

Introducing the Boudin Blanc - a seasonal sausage that's perfect this time of year. Made with a blend of pastured pork, and chicken, this emulsified sausage is bound together with egg, dairy, and brioche bread, giving it a unique texture that's spongy and mousse-like. 
These sausages are fully cooked in a white wine and aromatic broth before packaging. They only need to be warmed in a pan very very slowly to add color before consuming.
